How you’ll make an impact:

As a critical member of our Sales Operations Team, you will make sure the sales team is running as efficiently and productively as possible.
You will be the owner of Salesforce.com and the day-to-day administration of the system and all improvements in processes that touch Salesforce.com.
You will be the data subject matter expert, own the data strategy, and regularly support sales leaders to make data-driven recommendations for improving the sales process.
Provide regular pipeline and opportunity inspection and assist in collecting regular forecasts to be rolled up and presented to the executive, finance, and implementation teams for resource planning.
Organize and drive all sales reporting (Board, ELT)
Partner with the marketing operations team to support the lead qualification process, report on campaign efforts, and assist in their list creation for outbound campaigns.
Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the sales organization, as well as the hand-off processes between SDR to Account Executive to Implementation.
Provide onboarding, training, and support to new sales team members.
Provide reporting and dashboard support to internal departmental customers.

Requirements

A passion for the health and human services space
5+ years’ progressive experience in a Sales Operations role
Proficiency in Salesforce, you should have experience with designing and developing custom objects, layouts, reports in salesforce.com
Proficiency in Excel, you should be comfortable manipulating large datasets with pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s
Bachelor’s Degree required
