They seek a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer for their Independence, OH location.

Scope: The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will lead the growth and expansion of a specific operating portfolio. This role involves broad managerial and strategic responsibilities, including planning, organizing, directing, and advancing the sales culture across all locations.

Key Relationships

Internal: Corporate Teams, Senior VP of Field Operations, and Executive Staff
External: New and Existing Customer Stakeholders, Industry Network Groups

Supervisory Responsibility: Lead a team of Business Development Representatives.

Responsibilities

Champion the Redwood Tree Culture
Develop and execute business development strategies
Conduct thorough market research
Collaborate with the sales team
Build and maintain key relationships
Lead and manage a business development team
Evaluate financial feasibility
Collaborate cross-functionally
Participate in Leader events
Adhere to company policies
Embrace and drive change initiatives
Lead the operational ecosystem
