Conversant Group is an IT infrastructure and security consulting company founded in 2009 and based in Chattanooga, TN. We are the world’s first Civilian Cybersecurity Force, dedicated to defeating cyber terrorists. To do so, Conversant Group is organized into three battalions: Athena7which provides infrastructure assessment, strategy and remediation, Grypho5which offers ongoing managed protection, and Fenix24which provides rapid restoration in case of a cyberattack.

The Director of Revenue Operations is a critical role for the Conversant Group. You will a pivotal role in bringing a more holistic view of revenue from Sales and Marketing all through Customers Success. The sales operations team will report to you. The most successful candidate will understand how to optimize performance through effective and efficient sales processes, systems, analytics, and data. This role reports to the Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities

Recruit, manage and develop the sales operations team
Develop, manage and optimize processes from lead to closed won to renewal
Own all revenue team technology platforms and tooling including Salesforce, and the data produced by them to drive growth and efficiency
Conduct historical reviews of account performance, segmentation, prioritization and facilitate win/loss analysis
Lead efforts to improve sales approval and pricing processes
Work cross functionally to deliver on quarterly and annual OKR’s

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in Revenue Operations– start-up experience is preferred
Strong managerial skills including, people management, decision making, influence and judgement, delivering results and communication
Strong business and financial acumen
Demonstrated ability to build and manage teams against OKR’s and KPI’s.
Understanding of annual recurring revenue models.
Excellent analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage conflict effectively
Ability to form lasting relationships across all levels of the company while modeling Conversant’s Culture and Values.
