Position Overview

The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for driving alignment, efficiency, and scalability across the revenue engine, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this leader will develop and oversee processes, systems, and analytics that enhance visibility into business performance, optimize go-to-market execution, and enable data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives on improving operational efficiency and building cross-functional collaboration. They will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, ensuring that revenue goals are achieved through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Planning
Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing leadership to define, model, and forecast revenue growth plans.
Design and manage revenue KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking systems to ensure visibility into pipeline, bookings, retention, and growth metrics.
Facilitate revenue planning processes, including capacity modeling and quota setting.
Process Optimization
Identify and streamline key revenue processes across the customer lifecycle from lead generation to retention and expansion.
Develop and maintain a scalable revenue operations framework that aligns systems, data, and workflows across teams.
Ensure effective lead routing, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
Systems & Data Management
Oversee the architecture and administration of Salesforce CRM and related tools to ensure data integrity and usability.
Partner with the product and development teams to ensure data governance, integration, and consistency across platforms.
Implement automation and reporting enhancements to support revenue performance analysis.
Analytics & Insights
Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and retention to drive operational decisions.
Lead initiatives to enhance predictability and accuracy in forecasting.
Support Finance in analyzing customer lifetime value (LTV), CAC efficiency, churn trends, and unit economics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience leaders to align go-to-market strategies with financial targets.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of Finance and executive team on revenue performance and operational risks.

Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Working Hours: 9 am–5 pm Eastern Time
Location: Remote (occasional travel may be required)

Requirements

Proven track record of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or FP&A.
Proven track record of building and scaling revenue operations in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with fluency in key SaaS metrics.
Deep experience with CRM and business intelligence platforms.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills.
