Sales Operation Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing, well-spoken Sales Operation Manager to help build out our sales operation. This position will report to the VP of Sales and Business Development. The two key responsibilities will be to create and execute an account management (existing clients) function and secondly building an operations base to support the sales process.

cQuant has a successful multinational sales team with geographic based Account Directors and a small SDR group. While reporting to the VP of Sales, this position will provide operational support for all cQuant sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have held a similar role for a minimum of 2 years with relevant experience in the energy industry and strong knowledge of SaaS business practices.

Sales Operations Responsibilities:

Developing a process and executing account renewals-and meeting NRR metrics
Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication (quarterly check-ins) with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
Managing account administration details such as billing contacts, authorized users and upsells
Presenting high level product information to account as requested
Manage SDR team and process
Manage software tools including CRM as needed for sales operations
Support weekly and monthly forecasting processes
Managing digital assets to keep pace with sales goals
Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are achieved
Support contract administration including contract review and process flow

Sales Development Representative Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
2 years’ experience in the energy industry
2 years’ experience as a Sales Operations Manager
2 years’ experience in SaaS
Experience in reviewing and managing contracts
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Good time management, organizational and analytical skills.
Good phone etiquette and computer literacy skills (including Word, Power Point, Excel).
Experience with CRM (HubSpot a plus) and SDR lead development tools
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Locations:
