The Team
The Business Analyst will report to the Revenue Operations & Analytics Team Lead and be part of the Sales Operations Team.

This is a newly created team focuses on supporting our internal Account Management and Sales teams by producing additional reporting and analytics to supplement our products. The team is expected to continue to grow in size and evolve in how we support the Sales and Account Management functions through that process. This team will offer great opportunities for someone looking to grow their skills and experience with the business.

You Will Be

Developing and maintaining reporting based on our 340B & Business of Pharmacy product suites
Maintaining catalog of scorecards, dashboards, reports, and metrics along with recommendations based on the data.
Promoting a strong foundation of data integrity, data literacy and data governance to ensure a robust and reliable source of truth for Management Information that drives decisions across the organization.
Routinely analyzing and auditing enterprise reports and dashboards to proactively maintain their efficacy and resolve any errors in order to provide ongoing, accurate, and appropriate company reporting.
Maintaining database of data from disparate systems as necessary for cross-functional reports; collaborating with other teams as needed to build and maintain database.
Executing on functional and analytic assessment and project requirements:
Perform process and data analysis.
Establish and track measures of success (ROI) for process improvement projects.

You Will Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Information Management, Healthcare Information, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent combination of related experience.
1-3 years’ experience in a data analyst role.
Strong SQL and Excel skills.
Experience working with PowerBI desirable
Knowledge of the 340B program desirable
An excellent written and verbal communicator with strong stakeholder/relationship management skills, inspiring trust particularly with senior management.
Strong presentation skills, the ability to be able to present data and information on a wide variety of topics to management.
Ability to understand and generate complex process flows for assigned projects.
Aptitude for rapidly acquiring process improvement and subject matter expertise.
Fast learner, able to understand new products/features and business objectives quickly.
Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of business partners.
Attention to detail
Efficient and timely execution of projects.
