The Manager of Sales Operations will oversee a highly visible and essential function to consistently improve the effectiveness and competitiveness of the company’s Sales function. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, with influence, collaboration and visibility at the executive level, this position will directly drive improved sales team productivity by equipping them with compelling customer interactions. You will engage in many areas including annual sales planning, forecasting, salesforce adoption and performance, improved sales operational efficiency and the tracking and measurement of key business sales drivers. This position does have the possibility of being REMOTE for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Sales leadership to define Strategy & Planning, including org structure, go-to-market motion, KPIs, HC needs, investments, and training needed for success in all segments
Drive annual planning process across the sales organization, including business modeling, capacity planning, territory planning, Quota planning, coverage, and rules of engagement in close partnership with Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional leadership
Establish and maintain processes, systems, and strategies that enable revenue-generating teams to track and achieve KPIs
Deliver Operational Excellence in Pipeline, Forecast, and Reporting by delivering analytics and insights to leadership that measure key business drivers
Design, implement and manage sales forecasting processes that provide accurate predictions of future revenue performance
Oversee and optimize the go-to-market technology stack making recommendations on new tools and facilitating discussions with vendors
Monitor and drive a high degree of data integrity in Salesforce and other tools to ensure the team can make key business decisions with confidence
Leveraging data, identify gaps in our current systems/processes, and recommend improvements to drive revenue growth, promote scalability, and ensure operational efficiency
Support key analysis such as Board materials, business reviews, and more

Experience

8+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience working through multiple annual planning cycles
Experience with capacity planning
Experience defining and implementing KPIs and measurement systems to evaluate sales profitability and productivity
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives and large groups
Salesforce.com administration experience with a strong understanding of core functionality, configuration, and user requirements.
Experience working in data analytics is a plus.
Proactive, highly motivated, and results oriented.
Enjoys working with people, understanding their needs, and solving their problems.
Strong communication, documentation, organization, and training skills
