We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager for the SustainableHome Lending Department.

As a Sales Operations Manager within Credit Human’s SustainableHome Lending Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sustainable lending initiatives. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager in driving operational excellence for the SustainableHome Sales Team.

This work includes but is not limited to the following aspects:

Sales Onboarding and Renewal
Sales Support
System Management
Data Reporting & Analysis
Pricing, Budget, and Forecasting Management
Policy & Procedure Management

This is a complex and fast-paced start-up environment with many moving parts. Success in this role depends on embracing attention to detail, tolerance to ambiguity, context shifting, imagination, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Experience:

Required

2 years of experience in sales, financial services and/or indirect lending

Preferred

5 years of experience in sales, financial services and/or indirect lending

Education:

Required

High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree

Skills & Knowledge:

Required

Familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
Ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
Must have well developed capabilities at problem solving and crafting efficient processes
Results and success oriented, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
Ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm/ Occasional Saturdays.

Salary Range: $75,987 - $83,697

Flexibility: Not Remote or hybrid

Level of Work: 2C
