Responsibilities

Develop and lead the execution of our revenue strategy.

Work with our content team to develop innovative formats and unique client-specific opportunities.

Recruit, develop, and retain sales reps and staff.

Establish best practices and processes to ensure sales operations efficiency.

Maintain a culture of experimentation that values testing and learning.

Stay ahead of the curve on marketplace, content and product trends.

Be a champion of the Curated Media brand & voice by attending and speaking at industry trade events, panels, and conferences.

Build a runway for significant year over year growth in 2023 and beyond.

Experience & Skills

5+ years of relevant, strategic sales and partnerships experience.

2+ years of management and team building experience, hiring, managing, and motivating a diverse team of sellers and sales support leads.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Excellent proposal writing and proposal presentation skills.
