Job Responsibilities and Duties

Manages employees’ daily operations and performance
Designs sales strategies and processes
Generates reports regarding the status of the projects
Hires and trains new & existing employees
Helps manages departments schedules
Responds to client concerns about job success
Assists Call Center Supervisors, Manager, and Executive Team
Managing project timelines
Supports business development and lead generation efforts; is familiar with all lead sources

Remote Sales Operations Assistant Manager

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales positions
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficient in CRM & Google Suites
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in slack, and trello major plus
Office space in home ( remote )
Willing to start ASAP or 1 week notice if hired
Knowledge of B2B sales of at least 1+ years
Appointment Setting experience major plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37,440.00 per year
