Job Summary

Dasatria Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of the company. The successful candidate will assist with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks
Assist with scheduling, meetings, and office coordination
Maintain business records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing projects
Assist in preparing presentations and operational reports
Monitor and track operational tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Support process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
1+ year experience in business operations, administration, or office support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Skills

Experience in a professional office or consulting environment
Familiarity with project management tools
Basic understanding of operational workflows
