Our data science and digital tools combined with our clinical expertise are shifting the diabetes treatment paradigm from management to remission.

DayTwo is looking to hire a Sales Operation Manager. The Manager of Sales Operations will report to the Chief of Staff as an integral part of the Sales Team, working closely with the Head of Sales along with the sales executives, account management, business development and marketing teams. This individual will be responsible for implementing and ultimately managing the operations, analytics, and technology to support a high-functioning sales and marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards of key sales and marketing metrics
Define and report on standard sales and marketing KPIs
Generate sales and demand forecasting
Lead and facilitate regular pipeline meetings with sales leads and company executives
Salesforce administration and management
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of information entered into Salesforce and other systems
Own budget and forecasting support for internal and client facing needs
Customize sales decks with refreshed data as needed
Mange RFP intake and responses
Participate in design of and own reporting for sales compensation plans
Identify, recommend, and implement new process and technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
Serve as a liaison between sales / marketing teams and company executives
Monitor and assist with customer retention
Design and deliver sales training at the direction of Head of Sales
