Sales Operations Lead

In this role, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and support a team of Account Managers, Solution Engineers, and Sales Development Representatives.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL...

Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop the organization’s sales operations strategy and business plan
Lead annual/quarterly planning processes, including developing business plans, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation, and field engagement models.
Assist in all facets of board preparation
Set up and report on key performance metrics and dashboards that align with the organization’s growth strategies
Lead, implement, operationalize and maintain high-impact sales tools and technologies that improve the productivity and performance of the sales team
Maximize the efficiency of sales territories/regions by optimizing account targeting, Ideal customer profile, total addressable market, and sales resourcing
Implement communication vehicles to ensure transparent dissemination of strategies to executive and sales teams
Run sales forecasting calls
Maintain sales and quota compensation tracking
Implement the onboarding syllabus and process for new Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Sales Development Reps
Design, schedule, and run quarterly business reviews (QBR’s)

THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS ARE REQUIRED:

5+ years of progressive experience at a SaaS start-up with significant time building out the Sales Operations function
Expert in setting strategic direction, set up, and integrations of Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools
Experience in creating and delivering sales metrics for Executive Team and Board of Director meetings
History of conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
Must have excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
Collaborated with Business and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment between business units

The expected salary range for candidates meeting the requirements of this position is $150,000 to $250,000. The range provided is the salary that Dazz believes in good faith at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
