Job Summary

The Sales Operations Team comprises two sections:

Sales Desk

Responsible for managing around 2,000 requests per annum for new business and annual maintenance renewals for the UKI client base. They interact with external clients, the Territory Leads and Offering Sales Specialists within the UKI Sales organization and with the Offering Leads within the UKI Delivery organization to create the quotes to be sent to the client.

In addition, they are responsible for requesting invoices in line with contractual terms, ensuring these are raised accurately and in a timely manner, thus maximizing the cash flow for the company.

Sales Business Operations

Responsible for a variety of functions from Management of Aged Debts and Pipeline Management to Cash Flow Management and Revenue Forecasting.

The successful applicant will be expected to work across both sections of Sales Operations on a flexible basis, depending on the demands of each area.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Manage a portfolio of clients, dealing with requests for new business quotes, support & maintenance contract renewals and requesting invoices for services provided to those clients.
Respond to sales enquiries and proposal approval requests in a timely manner.
Liaise with appropriate personnel and incorporates relevant information gathered within proposal content. Coordinate with other functional teams as needed to create required proposal documentation.
Assist in developing, editing, and writing original proposals and other sales-related documents.
Proactively follow up with client business contacts with regards to large value invoices and / or overdue invoices
Act as Escalation point for Credit & Collections for client dispute resolution / outstanding invoices
Create and distribute Pipeline opportunities report and update with any amendments
Run and distribute Pipeline Data Hygiene report and ensure opportunity owners maintain the quality of their opportunity data
Assist with maintaining the cash flow forecast if required - update on a regular basis with newly won deals and any changes in project invoicing profiles
Review account revenue forecast at Month End
Identify deviations from Prior forecast to Month End
Update Forecast/flash files with newly won deals and any changes in project revenue recognition profiles
Take part in month end Forecast Reviews

Must Have Competencies

· The successful applicant must speak English fluently and have good interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner

· It would be beneficial if you have previously worked in the healthcare/public sector, although this is not essential and an aptitude for/previous credit & collections experience is an advantage.

· You will have advanced IT skills in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel and Word, and preferably be familiar with CRM systems

· You will be highly organized and efficient, with the ability to plan and prioritize workload and adapt to changing circumstances

· You will demonstrate the ability to work well as part of a busy team, and to maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients

· You must be a confident communicator, able to converse in a professional manner.
