About the Role:

defi is seeking a Revenue Operations Assistant to support our Marketing team with various administrative, research, and customer service tasks.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assist Marketing with online research regarding client, prospect and partner contacts and contact information to ensure information is up to date
Follow-up on bounce email reports to ensure data accuracy and locate replacements for contact titles
Assist with the creation of lists and campaigns needed for email communication and campaign tracking
Clean current invalid and inconsistent data through various means, such as de-duping, data validation and cleanup, and data standardization
Work with Marketing to review, scrub and import tradeshow lists

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree in Marketing or related discipline/ experience
Minimum one (1) year experience in an administrative support role
Minimum of one (1) year prior research experience in a work environment
Demonstrated ability to be solution-oriented, solve problems, and think out of box
Proven self-starter, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Detail Oriented
Cross functional, collaborative mindset in all that you do

Salesforce.com experience
Pardot experience
Zoominfo experience
