We're looking for a highly motivated, determined and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to help with the day-to-day business operations of a rapidly growing fashion merchandising company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced, process driven environment and possess the ability to think strategically.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide full-scale administrative sales support to Sales team
Ownership of the Sales order entry function, to include ensuring all customer applications and orders are accurate, approved for submission and delivered on time
Contact sales team members to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
Schedule marketing events
Prepare reports and provide financial information to finance dept
Make calls, set meetings and engage with potential and existing buyers
Update and maintain an accurate customer database
Prepare sales presentations and proposals for Sales team

Requirements:

Passionate self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who can work as part of a team
2+ years of sales experience or administrative support to a sales team
Can-do and will-do attitude with and without direction and specific instruction
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Highly organized with a systematic approach to detail-oriented work
Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to work independently and act on own initiative
Ability to read and understand contracts highly preferred
