Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. Provide detailed sales reports, actionable insights and dashboards to management and stakeholders.
Administer and manage sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, ensuring the sales team has access to the latest resources.
Assist the Sales team with RFP preparation and submission, including gathering requirements, drafting the RFP responses, and preparing exhibits.
Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as playbooks, product guides and competitive analysis documents.
Develop and prepare reporting for existing clients including network analysis, member utilization, cost analysis, and market trends.
Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in the development of sales forecasts and quotas. Support the sales team with planning and operational tasks.
Train sales team members on sales processes, tools, and best practices. Provide ongoing support to ensure adherence to processes and optimal use of tools.
Cross functional collaboration to align sales strategies to ensure seamless operations and consistency in messaging and strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a similar role.
Sales process knowledge and experience in pipeline management and sales performance reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales enablement tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages.
