Job Summary:

The Ancillary Sales Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality control of all one-time services and portering services, delivering property reports, managing relationships with subcontractors, service tracking, sales production, Netsuite bid request management, portering and ancillary sales qualification, coordinating special projects, and service planning and scheduling. This role requires strong communication skills, both internally and externally, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities that may arise.

The Ancillary Sales Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of services, managing relationships with subcontractors, tracking services, producing sales, managing bid requests, qualifying sales, coordinating special projects, and planning and scheduling services. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, relationship management, project coordination, and organizational skills.

Job Description:

Quality Control: Ensure comprehensive quality control for all one-time services and portering services.
Property Reports: Deliver property reports for all serviced properties.
Subcontractor Relationship Management: Establish and coordinate with subcontractors to obtain quotes for outsourced jobs.
Service Tracking: Own the service tracking process to ensure all services are completed, billed, and all other necessary actions are taken.
Sales Production: Produce and source sales to meet the sales goals set by the Division Manager.
Netsuite Bid Request Management: Regularly check Netsuite for bid requests from Relationship Managers to ensure prompt responses and timely submission of bids.
Portering and Ancillary Sales Qualification: Qualify portering and ancillary sales by verifying all missing information for site walks (addresses, frequencies, etc.), estimating the service, and turning the bid into a service agreement if won.
Special Projects Coordination: Coordinate special projects (one-time services) with customers, internal staff, or any subcontractors we service with.
Service Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate with the operations team to plan the execution of the service – schedule time, staff requirements, and equipment needs.
Communication: Communicate promptly, both internally and externally.
Additional Responsibilities: Handle any other responsibilities or tasks that may arise.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales operations or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Proficiency in Netsuite or similar software.
Strong relationship management skills.
Ability to coordinate and plan projects and services.
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
