Role Purpose:

The Sales Content Analyst will support the writing and development of standard content for use in business proposals and other customer presentation formats, with a primary focus on building standard tools and templates, maintaining an up-to-date library, and delivering a seamless process for business development teams to access standard content and create proposal documents.

This role will positively impact win rates by elevating the standard of quality and consistency of customer-facing deliverables, ensuring that proposals are high-quality, value-based, and effectively tell a compelling story rooted in customer needs. By establishing an efficient process for creating and accessing content, this role will enable business development and pursuit teams to be more productive and focus their efforts on target achievement and business growth.

Key Accountabilities:

Support writing and development of standard content for use in business proposals and other customer presentation formats
Contribute editorial, creative and industry insights to customer-facing deliverables
Management of content- accuracy, up to date, appropriateness of content
Production and delivery of presentations (internal and external to the client)
Ensure timely delivery of content and proposal documents
Support research meetings with key stakeholders to influence the content
Ensure the Voice of Customer is evident in content and that the response aligns with the value proposition created for the customer
Provide multimedia expertise
