Position Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Department: AllPoints Sales Support

Position Summary

Provide vital support to Service/Reseller Sales Team as Sales Operations Coordinator by performing a range of administrative tasks. Research customer part requests, responding to customer service inquiries, providing information to the sales team, creating and processing sales quotes, and contributing to a quality customer service experience and effective growth within the company, ultimately helping meet sales targets. While no previous technical training is required for this position, an emphasis on accuracy, strong problem solving skills, and a passion for continued skill development are essential.

Essential Job functions:

Manage daily Salesforce cases from customer requests and maintain detailed notes
Expedite rush requests
Work effectively with suppliers and manufacturers
Work effectively with DFS Shared Services departments
Utilize manufacturer support, parts breakdowns, and unit specific information to determine the required part
Process quotes/orders promptly and accurately
Process/acknowledge/expedite direct ship purchase orders
Become proficient in searching company website and resources to respond to customer questions concerning products, and accessories
Open to learning new processes and quickly becoming proficient in new systems
Prompt follow-up (2 hrs. maximum)

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent organization skills and time management
Accountable to meeting deadlines
Strong work ethic, initiative, drive and enthusiasm
Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Restaurant knowledge or knowledge of parts, plumbing, or appliances a plus
SX and Salesforce knowledge a plus

High school diploma/GED required
