As we continue to grow across geographies and complexity, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.

Role Overview

The Part-Time CFO will serve as a strategic financial partner to the leadership team, overseeing the group’s financial health and providing forward-looking insights to guide decisions. You’ll own the financial forecast, budgeting process, and ensure compliance and sound financial management across the UK, US, and Australian operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership
Develop and maintain multi-entity forecasts, cash flow models, and strategic financial plans
Advise on financial implications of business decisions, investments, and scaling initiatives
Provide scenario modelling and financial guidance on group-level decisions
Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead annual and quarterly budgeting processes
Build and refine revenue and cost projections in collaboration with department leads
Monitor budget vs. actual performance and drive accountability across teams
Financial Controls & Compliance
Oversee financial reporting for the group and subsidiaries
Work closely with our bookkeeper to ensure timely, accurate accounting across entities
Maintain internal controls and compliance with local regulations
Tax Planning & Structuring
Support tax strategy and positioning for the UK holding company and AU/US operations
Liaise with external accountants and tax advisers as needed
Maintain an awareness of cross-border tax implications and reporting requirements

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as CFO or senior financial leadership role, ideally in a scaling digital or SaaS business
Strong understanding of UK accounting practices and operational familiarity with US and AU taxation
Comfortable working with remote teams
Skilled at turning financial data into strategic insight and clear recommendations
Strong collaboration and communication skills – able to partner with non-financial teams and founders
ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
