Dopl launched our Soho flagship location last fall. Over the next several months, we will be adding multiple locations and introducing digital applications to go along with our 3D printed products.

Our Director, Retail Sales & Operations will play a key role in developing our sales channels, targeting customers through our stores, across digital platforms, by developing new offerings & experiences, and via external partners. They will also be hands on in laying the ground work for our mobile event strategy.

This role will oversee the individual store managers, work closely with marketing and technology teams, and report to the CEO. It requires a wide skill set and flexibility. The Director, Retail Sales & Operations should be an excellent communicator and problem-solver, and will collaborate closely with all functions of the organization to achieve their own objectives and deliver on company-wide goals.

Responsibilities:

Define our story-telling and customer conversion process. Replicate at new store locations.
Identify target consumer groups and develop sales strategies and tools.
Execute and coordination of digital sales campaigns
Develop new touch points with potential, new and existing customers
Find new sales outlets and partnership. Expand opportunities both in and out of store.
Develop and implement new brand elements across the stores & products.
Build strategic partnerships for long-term applications of our product and technology
Oversight of store locations and development of new products, offerings, and materials
Secure and develop mobile offsite events

Skills, Qualities and Relevant Experience:

3+ years of experience in a multi-channel sales, management or creative technologist role
Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited college or university
Excellent communicator, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
High attention to detail and extremely organized with technical acumen.
Can think big picture while delivering on detailed action plans
Highly creative and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and proactive
Positive attitude and a genuine team player
An interest in 3D technology or photography is beneficial
