e5 Workflow is a world leader in Priority Processing - software that helps businesses manage large volumes of incoming work that is time sensitive and requires human intervention. In APAC we specialise in Private Health Insurance, General Insurance, Commercial Insurance and Financial Services.

The Chief Revenue Officer Australia is accountable for four main functions;

1. Leading the sales team to achieve their sales quota of strategic sales opportunitiesand developing a Business Development and Account Management practice across the business

2. Identifying, managing and closing their own quota of strategic sales opportunities for both direct and ‘ingredient brand’ market opportunities, selling through the range of e5 solutions, meeting the quarterly sales targets

3. Work with the CEO to build a best practice sales and marketing engine across both Business Development and Account Management. This includes proactively working across teams to ensure we achieve our FIND, KEEP, and GROW objectives. Over time, as we succeed and grow, this will include building out a larger BD and AM sales team

4. Lead, support and raise the capability of our marketing efforts in the region and work with the USA business on their marketing functionality

Required experience:

Extensive experience selling software into the insurance or financial services sector
Demonstrated success leading and developing high performance sales teams in solutions focused customer engagement environment
Experience in leading a marketing team and depth of experience in all areas of marketing
Strong service inclination and determination to close sales opportunities
Ability to engage effectively and build relationships with “C” level contacts
