We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead our accounting group at Eagle Forest Products.

About You:

Above all else, you must be able to manage a (small) team and complete tasks yourself on a daily basis. Because we are a small business, this person must be able be willing & able to roll up their sleeves, work hard, and help others on the accounting team do the same to be successful.

Strong command of the accounting discipline – both from a transactional bookkeeping and managerial accounting/reporting standpoint is necessary.

Good communication skills via phone, email and with your co-workers are important. We like to think we’re easy to work with and want you to be as well!

A proficiency with modern tools and technology along with a deep knowledge of accounting discipline staples (i.e. Excel, QuickBooks) is a big plus.

Experience in the manufacturing/lumber industry isn't mandatory.

At a minimum, you must have a bachelors degree in accounting with 10+ years of practical application in the accounting field. Masters/CPA background is great but experience and background will be more heavily weighted in our decision criteria.

Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills are highly important.

About The Role

· Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll & general ledger management.

· Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

· Manage insurance, banking & credit relationships in concert with accounting team.

· Monitor compliance with local, state and federal tax regulations in existing and new sales territories as we expand.
