Overview:

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing data-driven go-to-market strategies and implementing an incentive plan for sales that is motivating, metric-driven, and aligned with the company's strategic vision. Responsibilities:

Metrics Analysis: Analyze key metrics related to sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven strategies
Sales Process Optimization: Work towards streamlining and enhancing sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Incentive Plan Design: Develop and administer a compelling incentive plan for the sales team that aligns with the company's strategic vision and motivates the salesforce
Data-Driven Decision Making: Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization, ensuring that strategies and initiatives are backed by relevant data and insights
Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure cross-functional alignment in achieving revenue goals
Executive Level Communication: Comfortably communicate insights and strategies to executives, providing them with a clear understanding of the impact on business outcomes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or in another related field
4+ years of Accounting Finance or Sales/Revenue Operations related experience working in a fast-paced, business environment
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
Finance, Accounting or Marketing Experience: Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes, with a proven track record of optimizing these functions
Compensation Design: Experience in designing and managing sales compensation programs that drive desired behaviors and outcomes
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align operational activities with the broader strategic goals of the company
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting data-driven insights to executive stakeholders
Curiosity and Creativity: A naturally curious individual who enjoys creatively developing data-driven solutions to complex challenges
Executive Visibility: Comfortable working with and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED

Familiarity working with key SaaS-based metrics
Sales compensation design experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition policy

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

This is a full-time, remote position with a base salary range of $71,000 to $90,000, bonus eligible.
