We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Executive to join our dynamic team, contributing to the seamless orchestration of our business processes. Responsibilities:

- Provide administration support, including but not limited to customer onboarding, off boarding, billing cycle management, etc.

- Assist in the preparation of accurate purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Collaborate with internal teams, contributing to process improvements for increased efficiency.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on ERP software and other relevant tools.

- Generate and analyze various sales reports, such as lead reports and sales forecasts.

- Manage and maintain company inventories, ensuring proper tracking and replenishment.

- Facilitate internal communication and collaboration to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain meticulous filing systems for all documentation.

- Tackle ad-hoc matters and provide support for various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

- 0-1 year of working experience in a related field, fresh graduate is welcome

- Service-oriented attitude with a passion for excellence.

- Customer obsessed and strategic planner.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).

- Excellent verbal and written English.

- Fluency in Mandarin is a bonus.
