North Andover, MA

Edgewood Senior Solutions Group (ESSG) is a nonprofit senior living organization that operates two distinctive communities: Edgewood in North Andover, Massachusetts, and The Baldwin in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Through both communities, ESSG supports independence, choice, well-being, and an engaging quality of life for older adults. Edgewood is the Merrimack Valley's only life care community, while The Baldwin is a Life Plan Community that welcomed its first residents in October 2023.

Together, Edgewood and The Baldwin provide senior living environments in which residents are empowered to shape their experiences and maintain their independence while having access to services, support, and community. Although each community has its own identity, both share a culture centered on freedom, choice, curiosity, and respect.
