Summary

The Sales Operations team is the center of the company's growth and expansion, and is critical to ensuring that the needs of our partners/sales people, consultants, and our customers are being met. We're looking for a driven, analytical, well organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate/Manager to assist in day-to-day sales operations, accurate and timely reporting, and ongoing improvements in the operations of the sales and back-office departments.

The role will report to the head of Sales Operations and work closely with the Finance and Sales teams within EE and across our sister companies. This critical role requires developing a strong understanding of the services and software that we sell, as well as state and federal school district requirements around contracting and invoicing - lots of opportunities to dig into what we do here at EE and grow!

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration of sales processes and sales operations (including customer agreements and accompanying/supporting forms), keep systems of record accurate and up to date, and assist sales teams through enablement materials, tools and protocol training, help with RFP's, complex agreements, and similar. Key responsibilities include:

Contracting
- Drafting client contracts for sales opportunities.
- Ensuring contracts and supporting documentation are accurate and ready for execution.
- Processing supporting opportunity paperwork (applications, forms, etc.).
- Obtaining required signatures and processing signed contracts.
- Maintaining Contracts, Sales Opportunities, and other systems of record up to date and organized.
- Supporting renewal operations requests (e.g., annual RFP renewals, annual insurance forms, etc.) and providing Partners and clients with notifications about upcoming renewals and any related contracting requirements.

Reporting
- Preparing Weekly and Quarterly pipeline and sales updates.
- Running scheduled and ad-hoc sales reports.
- Maintaining, updating, and improving Salesforce and other sales reports.
- Managing Ad-hoc Sales Operations requests (Admin responsibilities, Reporting, Systems, etc.)

Systems Maintenance
- Processing closed opportunities in SFDC, Trello, Dropbox, and other back-office systems.
- Maintaining accurate reports, trackers, and other sales systems of record.
- Maintaining regular data hygiene of accounts and opportunities (coordinate w/Finance)

Enablement and Sales Support:
- Building out and maintaining sales tool training materials, policies, and processes in support of the sales organization.
- Communicating new contracting policies and processes, including building training materials and delivering training as needed.
- Facilitating successful implementation and adoption of new processes within the sales organization.
- Assisting sales teams with RFPs and complex sales opportunities (preparing slides, forms, etc.)

Other duties and special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Associates or bachelors degree.
5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.
VERY well organized, detail-oriented, and thorough.
Clear communicator (no jargon, please!) verbally and in writing.
Strong G Suite skills a must.
Previous experience with SalesForce (preferred) or similar CRM system, including report creation, dashboards, and field editing.
Experience with Trello, Slack, Docusign, Adobe Acrobat and MS Office/Office 365 a plus.
Experience working for a consulting company, or a SaaS company with an Enterprise and/or Inside Sales team a plus.
Previous startup experience a plus.
Experience working with school districts a plus.
