Job Description

Role: Head of RevOps

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

Office: London

The Organisation

Efekta provides the world's leading AI-powered learning technology. Our mission is to help everyone learn faster and go further by making personal tutoring affordable and accessible. AI Personalized Learning that works alongside human teachers in schools, universities, and global companies. With an AI-driven curriculum, personal AI tutor, and AI teaching assistant, we deliver proven results at scale.

Recently added to the TIME 100 Most Innovative Companies list, we have extremely ambitious growth plans and are looking for highly talented, motivated people to help fuel them. A career with us offers the scale of a global organization with the pace, purpose, and energy of a fastgrowing business. We look for thinkers and doers who are excited to help us shape the future of education.

The Opportunity

As Head of RevOps you'll own the commercial operating system for Efekta; how we forecast, how we measure pipeline health, how we run the deal desk, and how we make sure the data we rely on is trustworthy. You'll report to the CRO, have one direct report (Bid Manager), and work closely with regional sales leads across multiple markets.

This is a builder role. There is no mature playbook to inherit. If you've spent your career

optimising systems that already exist, this probably isn't the right fit. If you're energised by designing from scratch in a fast-moving environment, it might be exactly right.

What You’ll Own

Forecasting; own the methodology, the cadences, and the accuracy. Make the pipeline honest.
Pipeline health; track stage-to-stage conversion, identify where deals stall, and turn that into insight the CRO and regional leads can act on.
CRM governance; own Salesforce as the system of record. Set the data standards, run the hygiene audits, make it trustworthy.
Deal desk; structure and review complex, non-standard deals efficiently. Own turnaround time.
Ramp & productivity; define what good looks like for each sales role, set ramp benchmarks, and track time-to-productivity for new hires.
Commercial rhythm; design and run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences that keep the business aligned.
Bid Manager; lead and develop your one direct report, keeping bid quality high and the sales team focused on relationships.

How We’ll Measure Success

Forecast accuracy
Stage-to-stage conversion rates
CRM data hygiene %
Deal desk turnaround time
Ramp to productivity

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years in Revenue or Sales Operations — ideally some of that in a startup or scale-up where you had to build, not just run.
You've owned forecasting methodology end-to-end, not just produced the report.
Comfortable in Salesforce — you can build what you need without waiting for a BI team.
Experience with complex deal structures is a plus — tenders, government procurement, long sales cycles.
Credible enough with senior salespeople that they actually adopt the standards you set.
Direct, clear communicator — you'll be in the room with the CRO regularly.

Who You Are

You have strong opinions about how a sales organisation should operate. You're comfortable with ambiguity and don't need a perfect brief before you start. You spot when data doesn't add up and you say so. You build things that last.

Why work at Efekta

A balance of autonomy and support to develop and follow your own strategy.
A start up fast paced environment with real potential to create transformative impact in schools and universities around the world if we succeed.
Surrounded by passionate, talented international teammates who are experts in education, technology and growth and who believe nothing is impossible.
A chance to spend time in other offices and with teams around the world.
A competitive salary (based on track record) and benefits packages
Celebrations, global gatherings and anniversary markers, including paid sabbaticals.
