As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this role plays a pivotal part in working with and not limited to the GTM, Sales, Success, Onboarding, Product and Marketing Team whilst continuing to drive growth for Eftsure. As the Sales Operations Analyst some key initiatives and responsibilities will be to provide data analytics insights and services contributing to go to market and customer data reporting services, including data analysis, governance, modelling, and visualisations that will meet the current and emerging needs of the business.

We are looking for someone who is data-driven and inquisitive and won’t mind getting their hands dirty whilst juggling multiple projects at the same time. The Rev Ops team at Eftsure is on the front line of driving revenue for the business, and it will be up to you to use the data you have to tell that story.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales departments to help implement, resource, and to execute company strategy.
Be the point of reference for reports, dashboards and go-to-market software and tools.
Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve operational performance and effectiveness.
Utilize BI tools, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze and present the results and package the relevant business insights.
Perform and produce monthly performance compensation plans for the sales team.
Training new and existing employees to use new systems or follow new processes.
Proactively build new or optimize existing processes in a way that expands insights capabilities & eliminates redundancies.
Manage day-to-day operations using reports, assess results, and ensure compliance with standards, regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

Your Experience

3+ years’ experience in an analytics/sales op and or revenue operations analyst role
BA/BS degree in math, marketing, statistics, economics, technical or quantitative/business-oriented field
3+ years’ experience in BI tools, CRM’s and go to market tools.
