You will be a key member of our Sales Operations team, responsible for managing and supporting our high velocity sales team. The Sales Operations Manager supports the VP of Revenue Operations to design, implement and execute on sales forecasting and planning. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for teaching, coaching, and monitoring performance of a team of Sales Analysts and Sales Coordinators.

What You’ll Do

Work with VP of Revenue Operations and Sales Directors on new business growth strategy, sales incentives, and segmentation; approach problems analytically to come to data-driven resolutions
Design and build tools and reports to enable data transparency into sales team productivity
Build forecasts and growth models to identify significant changes and trends that will materially impact the company’s growth trajectory
Improve existing and design new Salesforce workflows to remove inefficiencies while maintaining data integrity and completeness
Assist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount, and sales plan
Proactively identify technology to improve the sales team efficiency, implement, train, and support technology for the sales team
Support the VP of Revenue Operations to design, implement, and execute on sales forecasting and planning
Understand large scale projects like measuring customer lifecycle, TAM, cohort analysis
Develops an efficient proposal preparation process with a focus on quality and efficiency
Perform thoughtful, accurate, and actionable analysis of sales/account management activities, forecast, revenue and other performance metrics
Create, own, and distribute weekly sales metrics to all relevant parties with narrative and suggested improvements
Maintain Salesforce CRM data quality at the highest level to support ongoing decision-making
Monitor and enforce consistent execution of all sales processes and activity goals
Proactively identify opportunities for high growth sales process improvement

Who You Are

Self-starters with track records of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities
4 or more years of professional work experience in a related role
1-2 years total experience supporting high growth sales teams
Business analyst background preferred
Experience developing proposals or statements of work
Proven business sense and problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
Data-driven with deep experience in defining, reporting and analyzing metrics and sharing this information at multiple levels of the organization through dashboards and presentations
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with teams including but not limited to Project Management and Account Management
Highly proficient with Salesforce.com
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
