Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving growth through sound financial management. This executive position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial accounting, risk management, and budgeting.

Duties

Oversee all financial operations, including payroll, budgeting, and expense management.
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
Manage fiscal responsibilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as IAS.
Lead the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform decision-making.
Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Supervise the finance team to ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting.
Oversee mergers and acquisitions activities, providing strategic insights during negotiations.
Evaluate and implement financial software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices.
Demonstrated expertise in fiscal management, budgeting, and expense management.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions is highly desirable.
Familiarity with risk management frameworks and strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams effectively.
Masters or Higher level education

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
