Our growing marketing agency is seeking a full-time Sales Operations Specialist to manage all outbound sales channels and optimize our sales efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and has a proven track record in sales or a similar role.

Responsibilities:

Manage all outbound sales channels to schedule meetings for the agency's executives.
Oversee, follow up on, and report on cold email outreach efforts.
Lead LinkedIn outreach initiatives, managing and reporting on performance.
Handle and report on proposals and other sales platforms.
Coordinate with other team members on outbound/inbound sales efforts.
Occasionally assist with client work as needed, such as performing cold email outreach for agency clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using LinkedIn and other sales platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Self-starter with a passion for sales and growth.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,400.00 - $2,500.00 per month
