Our Client, a global leader in ecommerce are currently seeking a sales operations analyst to join their team on an initial 6-month contract with possibility to extend.

Rate: £340 per day (Inside IR35)

Location: South-West London (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Support the business with reporting, analytics, and sales performance management
Work in partnership with business development and sales operations on goal forecasting
Work with our analytics team to refine and maintain our dashboards in Tableau, evaluate for accuracy and recommend improvements
Organize and gather feedback from team on reporting
Adhoc report creation and insight analysis and report key findings
Gather and organize large amounts of data and/or information to provide insights to team members in a clear, concise manner
Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly analysis of sales metrics (funnel metrics, GMV, inventory, SKUs)
Gather insights for quarterly business reviews
Assist strategy lead in adhoc initiative strategies (pulling data, analysis of certain metrics and progress as it relates to the initiatives)
Participate in team meetings and conference calls
Monitor project deliverables through development of project plans and tracking tools
Work independently on assigned project deliverables to meet objectives within the agreed upon timeline

Requirements:

Ecommerce/online market place experience extremely desirable
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency In tableau
Experience working cross functionally across sales, business development and marketing teams
Working Knowledge of project tracking tools
