Position Overview

The role of Exec, Sales Operations, is to support the delivery of initiatives that improve the sales effectiveness and productivity of our EMEA sales force. Responsibilities will include the design and development of sales content and toolkits, partnering with capability owners to improve conversion and win rate across our commercial, operations and production teams where they are involved in selling. This role requires an innovative approach to develop the right content and tools that transform sales skills and behaviours.

Key Job Responsibilities

Sales Content Management & Development

Develop content and toolkits to maximize sales impact.
Deliver effective solutions to upskill our sales force on new products/services, partnering with capability owners.
Proactively seek out and develop case studies to support conversion and win-rate, leveraging our sales pipeline & delivery teams.

Sales Best Practice

Develop and deploy quick guides and short-form mixed media content to drive consistency in our sales approach and elevate the performance of our sales teams.
Work with the learning & development function by feeding into our role-based development programs specific to sales competencies.

Customer Revenue Development

Create innovative concepts and customer propositions for sales development activities such as demand generating campaigns and customer use cases for products and services.
Support Marketing to enhance collateral and sales tools, with improved customer value and relevance to sales approach.

Job Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a combination of a sales and content development role
Strong design skills with competency across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, e.g. InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
Experience in the application of design thinking methodology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Works well under pressure with project deadlines and multiple deadlines
Builds relationships and works collaboratively with team members at a variety of levels across the organisation
Able to work autonomously utilising the latest trends within the events industry and creative space
Knowledge of the hospitality or meetings & events industry would be beneficial
