We are working with a fast moving technology company with operations across United States, who are looking to add a Sales Operations Manager, responsible for providing the sales team with the tools, information, and support they need to quickly close deals and grow revenue.

He or she manages sales goals, deal flow, pipe hygiene, projections, and processes, with a focus on optimisation. Reporting to the COO, the Sales / Revenue Operations Manager will be setting and managing the strategic direction and day-to-day deal flow and new business acquisition pipelines.

Duties include:

Managing sales processes over the deal lifecycle, ensuring activities and deliverables are in place to move deals forward, and planning and strategising sales goals.

Core Responsibilities:

● Enhancing and managing the sales processes for the sales teams

● Managing CRM and pipeline

● Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency

● Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and buying trends

● Developing sales proposals in line with company margin goals

● Managing pipeline and deal flow from channel partners to ensure visibility and follow up

● Working with companies marketing team to ensure marketing activities support sales plans

● Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments

Required Qualifications:

● At least 3-5 years in a sales ops, sales management or channel management role in a SaaS organization

● Experience using Salesforce with a strong understanding of reporting, dashboards and overall opportunity stage management

● Experience in sales channel management

● Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally

● Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, collaborating departments and upper management with the ability to manage upwards

● Ability to run sales pipeline and forecast meetings

● Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies

● Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities

● Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts

This role offers a competitive base salary and 10% bonus and is full remote within the USA.
