We have a plan to redefine compliance in the crowdfunding and crypto space. And we're looking to make our first hire!

The role is classic first hire - we want a generalist who can turn their hand to anything.

Ideally you'll have knowledge of crypto, crowdfunding, the FCA's financial promotions rules, and the FCA handbook more generally.

If you were to force me to tell you what key skills we're looking for, I'd probably say good analytical skills (that means, I need you to be both procedural and also detail oriented) and organisational skills (that means, I need you to file stuff in the right place all the time). You should also be comfortable working in an organisation that is nimble and quick to react (read: things change a lot and at short notice).

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships
Help us build solid repeatable processes - with checklists - lots of checklists
Fill in those checklists.
Keep up to date with the regulatory landscape.
Occasionally do some random request from us - this is startup life after all.
