Role Summary: Envera seeks a highly organized, confident, and ambitious individual for the role of Operations Manager. This role combines managerial responsibilities for our sales and marketing sectors while providing personal assistance to our directorial team. Our ideal candidate will be trustworthy and have a keen eye for improving systems and processes as we scale. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight: Help manage, organize, and supervise our sales and marketing departments for peak productivity.

Operational Excellence: Implement improved systems and processes as we scale, assist in UK-wide marketing campaigns, manage sales diaries, and track targets using a color-coded system.

Administrative Assistance: Handle general logistics for sales and marketing teams, including travel accommodations, fitness sessions, call handling, and customer service.

Client Management: Onboard new customers, engage in feedback loops with our development team, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

Team Supervision: This includes task management, diary organization, daily check-ins, campaign planning, and data management.

Recruitment Assistance: Assist in spearheading recruitment efforts, including interviewing and internal placements.

Salary & Benefits:

£20,000 - £30,000 basic (based on experience). OTE up to £50,000+ with a structured commission scheme.
