Objectives

Work with senior leadership to execute the current corporate revenue plan and develop additional plans
Successful background of scaling revenues into the hundreds of millions
Building lasting relationships among Fortune 50-1000 brands and managing large sales teams
Deep understanding of hybrid SaaS-based cross-channel marketing and the programmatic space.
Create alignment between all revenue-relevant teams (sales, marketing, support, product/mfg) and departments to ensure collaboration
Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating departments
Manage the global sales team to drive business growth across all customer segments, and share responsibility with the marketing department for improving strategy and customer experience
Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way

Responsibilities

Develop reasonable and thorough revenue projections for annual budgets and multi-year projections
Create and define go-to-market strategies and manage complex sales cycles
Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics
Analyze and use data and market research to set revenue goals and determine sales strategies
Align with customers to ensure that their needs are being factored into the product development and enhancement cycles
Identify new partnerships, licensing opportunities, and new revenue stream opportunities
Collaborate with finance, product management teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving revenue goals

Required skills and qualifications

Experience as a senior leader with industry expertise and working in an expansion-stage, enterprise-focused, B2B SaaS and digital health roles
Ten or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision
Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively
Experience in making decisions based on business metrics
Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
