Role Overview:As the Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our revenue operations processes and driving efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success, to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and enable scalable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Revenue Operations Strategy:
- Contract creation and updates for new business, renewals, upsells, modifications, and terminations within SalesForce
- Revenue transaction processing via Maxio - new contracts, renewals, upsells, migrations/upgrades, terminations, and all other revenue related items
- Enable our Sales, Marketing & Customer Success teams to understand business health and hit their goals through improved strategy, automated processes, and effective reporting via dashboards and forecasts
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify revenue optimization opportunities and drive process improvements
Data Management and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain key revenue metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Increase data quality and the ability to derive critical insights through ad hoc analysis across multiple data sets
- Perform sales data analyses and organize insights required to make key business decisions, including renewal data, product adoption, pricing and margin analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Customer Success.
- Collaborate with Finance to develop accurate revenue forecasts, commission models and provide insights on revenue performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

3+ years in revenue operations or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, KPIs, sales processes, and revenue operations best practices.
Expert in Excel and Powerpoint, with proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, Atrium, etc.
Proficiency in Quickbooks, Maxio, and Adobesign a plus
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive cross-functional projects to successful completion
Building dashboards & forecast models
Self-starter, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Range: ($90,000-$110,000 Salary)

The base salary range represents the expected pay for this position. Final compensation and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, education, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisor responsibility.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional virtual environment. This position fully remote. This position requires internet provided by employee.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Core hours are 10am to 3pm in your local time zone with flexibility to set your schedule to log on either earlier or later as approved by your manager. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel: This position requires no regular travel. Travel will be on an on demand basis as may be needed for training purposes.
