EvenUp is a venture-backed SaaS startup that ensures injury victims are awarded the full value of their claims, expanding the $100B+ in awards granted to injury victims every year. Historically, the legal system has made it difficult for millions of ordinary people to seek justice, especially for folks without means or who come from underrepresented backgrounds. Our cases include police brutality cases, child abuse cases, California wildfire and motor vehicle accidents. We build ML-driven software that helps them put a dollar value on what these cases are worth, arming attorneys with data to win larger settlements, faster. The more cases EvenUp evaluates, the more proprietary data we collect, the more accurate our predictions, delivering greater value to both attorneys and victims.

Why we're seeking our first Sales Operations Analyst hire now:

In the past year, our sales team grew from 1 to 4 and we built out a growth plan which includes account-based marketing, email and social marketing, partnerships, and a robust conference strategy. 2022 and 2023 are exciting years for us; we expect to expand the team to 100+ as we deliver on a roadmap to handle 10x our current volume. As our team’s headcount continues to grow we are looking for our first Sales Operations Analyst hire. This person would be responsible for improving the sales and marketing functions by partnering with the leadership team in making critical decisions across EvenUp.

Illustrative responsibilities include:

Drive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth
Orchestrate the design and implementation of all aspects of the Go-To-Market plan
Design and manage core sales ops processes such as target setting and forecasting
Determine sales models by segment
Act and be seen as a general problem solver able to break down the hardest problems
Define requirements and work with systems teams to implement team tooling.
Partner closely with cross-functional partners on priority go-to-market initiatives
Create reporting tools for growing sales functions both in and out of our CRM
Monitor sales metrics and develop an understanding of how KPIs impact the business
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards
Manage CRM upkeep and reporting internally and drive efficiencies through the system
Research and evaluate areas of opportunity against conversion rates and segment strategy
Manage goals templates for the sales team

You may be a fit for this if you:

2+ years of professional work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Finance, or another related field
Able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving startup or a hyper-growth environment
Strong analytical, modeling, and conceptual problem-solving skills
Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management
Strong Hubspot, Microsoft Excel / Google G-Sheets skills and familiarity with BI Tools is a plus
