Marketers on Demand is currently seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our boutique consulting company that specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting. Our mission is to foster an inclusive environment where everyone is valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their full potential. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee office operations to ensure the smooth functioning of operational processes.
Maintain the accuracy of all Salesforce records, ensuring that data is up-to-date and consistent.
Manage and update business expenses, as well as maintain tracking documents.
Assist in coordinating and project managing both virtual and in-person events.
Handle various marketing administrative tasks, including managing mailing lists, testimonials, and document creation.

Qualifications:

Possess a post-secondary education and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in an operations support or database role within an office setting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent proficiency with Office Suite tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
Experience with database management, preferably with Salesforce.
