Experience.com is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize our sales operations function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales operations, with a focus on Salesforce architecture, implementation, and integrated technology. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that contribute to revenue growth through data-driven decision-making.

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will develop a team of sales operations professionals, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement best practices to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the sales team's success. Reporting to the EVP of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's sales operations strategy, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce competency and data management.

Responsibilities

Sales Process Optimization:

Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement
Facilitate the successful implementation of new programs and sales-related policies
Foster a culture of continuous process improvement

Salesforce:

Manage a team of Salesforce Admins, organizing work priorities and driving performance
Collaborate with leadership to define priority requirements and develop the overall SFDC roadmap
Drive an environment of controlled, clean, reliable data

Sales Analytics:

Utilize data and analytics from Salesforce and Salesloft to provide insights into sales performance
Track key metrics and help sales teams and leadertship make data-driven decisions

Forecasting:

Implement advanced data analytics and forecasting models that use historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to create more accurate sales forecasts
Analyze the sales funnel stages to understand where deals are getting stuck or lost

Territory and Quota Management:

Assist in defining territories and setting quotas
Ensure equitable distribution of leads and opportunities among the sales team
Track and publish individual contributor progress against quota and overall sales performance against the plan

Sales Technology:

Oversee the sales tech stack connected to SFDC, including Salesloft
Ensure seamless data flow and automation between all platforms
Collaborate with the sales team to create and optimize Salesloft cadences, sequences, and messaging

Sales Enablement and Onboarding:

Work closely with sales leadership to establish a sales training plan
Prioritize training objectives for selling, sales management, and sales support roles
Develop and iterate enablement curriculum to ensure the progressive development of sales team

Sales Reporting:

Define optimal sales performance measurements and performance management programs
Ensure sales reports and other internal intelligence are provided to the sales and executive leadership

GTM Strategy Support:

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to provide data and insights that inform and drive the go-to-market strategies

Compensation:

Lead sales compensation plan development and administration.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and HR to establish rules, policies, and procedures associated with sales compensation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a SaaS company
Proven track record of leadership and team management
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
Salesforce expertise, including architecture and implementation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of sales compensation planning and budget management
Ability to think strategically and drive operational improvements
High level of proficiency in the Google Productivity Suite
