If so, we are looking for an experienced leader to fully own our sales commission plan strategy and administration process for our Corporate Solutions Sales Team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations, this key role will support all variable pay team members in fast-evolving sales organization.

What You'll Do

Oversee the end-to-end monthly and quarterly sales commission administration and payout process for the Corporate Solutions sales organization (80+ employees).
Collaborate with Sales Function Leaders on strategic design of commission plan structures including core plans, SPIF plans, and other incentive structures for all levels of each sales organization.
Work cross-functionally with C-Level executives, Sales Leadership, HR, and FP&A to upgrade existing inter-team processes.
Establish a formal process to regularly review by-team attainment trends, recommending any necessary goal and quota adjustments.
Support goal, quota, and KPI setting processes for all Acquisition, Retention, and Vertical Pod teams.
Identify areas of risk and pursue avenues of automation.
Build and evolve systems to ensure commission reporting, documentation, policy, and processes are accurate and compliant.

What You Have

5+ years experience working with a sales team supporting commission process, administration, design, and strategy.
2+ years in a lead analyst, manager, or equivalent role.
Proven experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing initiatives with various stakeholders.
Highly skilled in MS Excel.
Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other data manipulation tools a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
1+ years experience working with Sales Commission software; experience with implementation a plus.
Experience managing territories for acquisition and retention teams and setting quota targets.
Hubspot or Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
Desire to work in an Aim Higher, Make it Better environment.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $73,000 - $102,000* per year.
