FanThreeSixty’s (FTS) Chief Sales Officer will lead the market growth strategy and execution by owning strategic initiatives, relationship management, and business development functions for our organization. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, they will play a meaningful role in contributing to our strategy, business evolution, and long-term success of FanThreeSixty.

Essential Functions:

Strategic Vision: Establish a directional sales plan to increase topline revenue and market share in coordination with key organizational leaders. Work closely with product leadership to align pricing strategy.

Co-design FanThreeSixty’s vision for growth with CEO and leadership team
Responsible for the evolution and activation of the strategic vision
Measure and analyze current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships, to optimize our business growth and revenue strategy
Work across business units to align internal efforts

Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. This includes key new and existing strategic partners, influencers and customers with the potential to drive growth. Specifically forming relationships with important prospects who may hold value beyond account revenue.

Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, Clients, and partners
Work effectively with client success teams to ensure the value proposition is being achieved
Establish practices and offerings for client success to expand current client
relationships

Business Development: Lead FTS’s Business Development strategy in partnership with our executive team and consistent with our strategic plan. Collaborate with FTS’s solutions and engineering organizations to alleviate roadblocks and accelerate the FTS roadmap.

Develop and lead our revenue generation and business development strategy and efforts
Lead pricing strategy / plans and collaborate with leaders to incorporate pricing models into the solution offerings
Be a lead individual contributor on revenue generation with particular emphasis on strategic accounts and partnerships
Create a robust sales team by leveraging skills in recruitment, associate training and mentorship
Establish strategic growth plans, with an emphasis on go-to-market strategy, in alignment with key leaders across product, marketing, and operations
Increase revenue from current client accounts leveraging an expansion strategy

Corporate/Financial Development: Lead strategy in partnership with the executive team and consistent with our strategic plan. This would include the development of appropriate metrics and post-closing measurement against those metrics to ensure delivery of intended business value.

Establish standardization of contracts to enable easy repeatability, ensure ownership
to key strategic rights, and modifications to improve speed to close
Work closely with finance to develop financial models and forecasts for executive leadership and owners
Create and manage the metrics of the sales team and company as necessary

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred 5-10 years working in strategic business development roles in the technology industry
Consistent record of successfully completing high level, end-to-end negotiations of strategic technology acquisitions/partnerships in close collaboration with internal teams
