FasTrax Solutions is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly organized Sales Operations Manager to work for our Rock Hill, NY location. In this multitasking role, the right candidate will have this crucial mission: to keep a sales operation running smoothly, managing the sales process, and sales CRM system. As a leader in sales operations, you are driven to improve and scale our sales operations to effectively serve our customer base, increasing the efficiency of a results-oriented sales platform. The role will consist of overseeing sales data, delivering sales reports, setting goals, and creating revenue forecasts. Working with sales and operations, you are able to efficiently identify challenges and conceptualize solutions while also making automation and end-user experience a priority. There will also be collaboration with business development and internal operation teams to ensure revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by utilizing effective methodologies, coherent processes, value-added information, and efficient sales tools.

As our Sales Operations Manager, the right candidate will be responsible for:

Overseeing the sales operations team’s reporting and analytics by defining, owning, and reporting on KPIs.
Developing and maintaining documentation on sales processes, policies, and training materials for sales
Managing data input and overall composition of the of the Sales CRM system
Overseeing updates to and enforcing compliance with Sales CRM system and data
Overseeing and assessing data to determine the effectiveness of the sales cycle, campaigns, or products
Designing and running the sales forecasting process, working alongside the finance, product, sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure all technologies operate and are in place
Collaborating with the business development team and management to comprehend the objectives and needs and concerns of the client

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of CRM experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Experience in administration and support of Salesforce CRM
Exhibits excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills
Has a positive attitude, strong character, and is driven by compassion
Holds excellent attention to detail and has the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
Must be able to collaborate with other team members and exhibit strong leadership qualities
Must be flexible, independent, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Zoho CRM experience is a plus!
