Our Opportunity:

The Revenue Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's revenue-generating and revenue retention processes. This position is responsible for optimizing and aligning the functions of sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue growth. By leveraging data, technology, and strategic insights, the Revenue Operations Manager ensures that all revenue-related activities are streamlined and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll do:

Salesforce Administration & Architecture:
- This position will work in conjunction with our Salesforce administrator (who will report to this position) to oversee the administration and architectural design of Salesforce to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our business. This includes managing user accounts, data integrity, automation, integrations and system enhancements.
Business Intelligence:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards in Salesforce that can be used both by our individual contributors and front line managers to foster a self-serve, asynchronous information gathering culture.
- This person must also provide actionable insights to leadership by identifying leading indicators of sales, marketing, and customer success performance; demonstrating the ability to contextualize these metrics within our business framework so that leaders can make data-backed decisions is imperative to success in this role.
Third-party application management:
- Some of the other tools that our GTM teams use outside of Salesforce are Mixmax, DocuSign, Gong, Zapier, Looker, Hubspot, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Billing. This person will be responsible for not just the continuous upkeep/administration of these tools, but they should constantly be brainstorming how we can further utilize these tools to close existing gaps that exist within our current business processes.
- As new tools are introduced to the business, this person, along with their team members, will be responsible for ensuring our team members know how to use these platforms and understand how they can optimize their day-to-day operations.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- The Revenue Operations department supports many business functions here at Fetch outside of just the scope of our GTM functions. This means you will also be working closely with other departments such as finance, product, and operations. So it is important that this person demonstrates the ability to view the company and its goals holistically so that they can effectively facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy & segmentation:
- This role will be responsible for mining both internal and external data that is available to us to help provide insights as to what adjustments need to be made, or identify promising opportunities where the business should look to invest in to either help drive growth or maximize client retention.

What you'll need:

Proven experience in administering and architecting Salesforce
Strong expertise in creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce, Excel, or other analytical tools such as Looker or PowerBI
Familiarity with sales engagement tools.
Knowledge of key sales, marketing, and customer success performance indicators
Experience with executive level reporting
Experience working cross-departmentally with most other departments at an organization
Multifamily housing experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to manage a roadmap and delegate projects to direct reports.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
