Fintechly is searching for a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Revenue Officer to join their startup and work closely with the founder in building and growing their fintech digital publication.

As the CRO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the revenue strategy to increase profitability and lead the creation and management of a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the founder to understand the market and identify potential opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop and implement a revenue strategy to increase profitability.
- Build, train, and manage a sales team to drive sales growth.
- Identify potential new products or services to offer to their audience.
- Manage the product development process from ideation to launch.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and advertisers.
- Ensure products and services align with the audience and brand.
- Analyze sales data and use it to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a senior-level revenue or sales position, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
