Role Description: As the Manager of Sales Operations, your role is to support the origination & advisory and business development teams, ensuring they have the right tools, processes, and tech, and they can master them over time.
We are looking for a systems-thinker who enjoys refining and implementing sales processes and constantly enabling the performance and productivity of the teams they support.

This position reports to one of two Managing Partners & Co-Heads.

Responsibilities:
Overall, you will be in charge of improving and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the well-managed growth of the organization.

Select / prepare business cases for, implement, and manage sales automation tools
Provide administration and management of our Salesforce instance
Streamline and optimize sales processes
Train staff on sales ops tools and processes for sales excellence
Design and write feature requests for Salesforce developers, test features and deploy them
Maintain and improve the quality and usability of data relating to sales, and enforce quality standards and best practices across the org
Work with origination leadership and other functions to develop organizational sales goals
Execute on strategic / special projects related to sales ops

Skills and Requirements:
You will have excellent Salesforce administration skills, as well as project management and interpersonal skills, across functions, juggling different interests of business development, origination & advisory, research & analytics, and corporate teams.

Prior sales operations experience (3+ years), specifically the management of a Salesforce CRM instance and related sales automation software platforms (selection, deployment, maintenance)
Prior experience in contributing to long-term, complex projects like fintech marketplaces
Analytics and reporting expertise & skills, with strong understanding of sales processes and track record of recommending and implementing improvements
Strong business acumen (re: go to market)
Project management and excellent communication skills
People management experience.
