Job Description:

First Stop Health is seeking an experienced, innovative and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst who will play a key role in supporting First Stop Health’s growth.

We are looking for a motivated individual to help us continually improve and enhance our sales reporting, processes and tools. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple departments at FSH, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. It requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders, ability to manage non-standard requests and problem-solving and effective time management skills. They will partner with our Salesforce Administrators to prioritize work requests and optimize FSH employee experience to help the organization grow.

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will support all aspects of the growth organization, including support tickets, training, data quality management, data analysis and visualization and designing new models and solutions.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, service focused, detail-oriented self-starter that can think outside the box and remain calm when problem solving. A strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables is preferred. Experience working with Salesforce data and data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau are a plus.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate partnerships with sales, account management, marketing and finance to enable sales reporting that will allow for strategic decision making
Optimize sales team efficiency and performance through providing analytics focused on business performance, customer trends, sales performance and pipeline health
Clean, enrich and map data from disparate sources when necessary
Build and execute sales productivity analysis and provide practical recommendations to leadership
Understand business process and needs to translate into technical requirements for Salesforce and other sales tool enhancements
Work with finance and analytics to standardize reporting and find opportunities to provide strategic business trends
Lead annual strategic sales planning efforts around territory planning and quota allocation, commission structure and reporting and sales tools review
Compile, manipulate and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
Maintain sophisticated models to forecast pipeline needs and monitor sales metrics
Review past data to determine trends in productivity
Aggregate reports into succinct and digestible dashboards and visualizations
Present actionable information and insights to team members and leadership
Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years business experience preferred
Passion for working with and supporting revenue organizations
Previous operational experience supporting multiple groups/departments
Impeccable organizational, analytical and time management skills
Healthcare industry experience preferred, especially in telemedicine, advocacy or wellness
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, data visualization and marketing automation tools
